How I work
A clear process, from first conversation to lasting support.
01.
Understand the context
Review the brief, existing product, user feedback, available data, and comparable solutions. Understand the users, business goals, technical constraints, current workflows, and how the problem connects to the wider product.
02.
Define the problem
Organise the findings, identify the main pain points, and clarify what the design needs to address. Align on the project scope, priorities, constraints, and expected outcome.
03.
Design and prototype
Explore different approaches and develop the selected direction through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interfaces. Consider permissions, errors, empty states, edge cases, and reusable patterns across the experience.
04.
Collaborate and hand off
Meeting and review the solution with product managers, developers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the process. Discuss feasibility, refine behaviours, document key decisions, and prepare the design for implementation.
05.
Review and improve
Review the implemented experience to ensure it works as intended and remains consistent with the wider product and design system. Gather feedback, identify gaps, and refine the solution as new requirements emerge.
